Kalshi Mobile App
Rapid fire designing and product managing
Kalshi is the first federally aprroved prediction market exchange—allowing you to trade on world events. When I joined Kalshi, the founders tasked me with designing and launching a mobile app within three months of my start date. Initially, I thought they were joking, but they were serious. Prediction markets evolve rapidly with the news, and users didn’t want to be tied to their computers all day. They also preferred the patterns and habits established by modern trading platforms like Robinhood and Coinbase. Not only did I design the app, but I also served as the product manager, leading a team of five Flutter engineers across 3 different continents.

Focus Launch V1 + Design Refresh
Kalshi initially had mobile app designs but it was outdated. Kalshi underwent a comprehensive design refresh to enhance user understanding of the markets. My task was to translate this initiative into the mobile experience, developing new patterns, components, and user flows to create a seamless and intuitive app.

New market card format to help users easily make sense of the markets.
